If this has expired, of if your purchase was made before this system was introduced you'll need to Obtain Replacement Unlock Details.

HAVE YOU ENTERED THE CODES CORRECTLY?
If you are sure u have the correct full version then check that you have entered your codes exactly as they appear in your order information E-mail. Be sure that you have not added any extra spaces, etc. The problem may be that there is an extra (invisible) character after each of the codes after you have pasted from the clipboard. After you have pasted the codes, please use the cursor keys to check if there is an additional space at the end of the code. If there is then please delete the space.
 
Please do not forget to store your password and authentification code in a safe place. Store your game installation files in a safe place also - in case you need them again.
