We recently received an abusive email. Although the sender
claimed to be a customer we could not find his / her details in the database anywhere. The email went unanswered as we will not respond to threats, profanity or bad behaviour. Our support is very fast for a small enterprise and we'll help you as quickly as we can. But if you attempt to abuse of bully anyone on the team you will be banned from support forever.
If your issue with our software product is not covered by the contents of this FAQ area please fill in and submit the form below. We will respond to your question as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT: We can only respond to correctly submitted forms which include the order number and full details of any support issue. Any incorrectly submitted
forms will be discarded. Also: you must join or already be a member of our mailing list to get support. This saves us wasting time reiterating information that we have sent our via the mailing list. I am sure
you'll agree that this is fairer to our other customers.
